We discussed how to properly interview people of interest.

We had a meeting this morning over coffee. We discussed how to properly interview people of interest. If we see someone out of the ordinary, loitering, or incidents with customer/tenants we need to be able to figure out how to deal with the situation. Security official must use short and easily understandable language and receive information from others quickly. How we can do this? You must practice your interview skills frequently.
