Mr. Mi Dong Yang has worked for the government for 30 years and has now opened a business in Busan for Administrative Scrivener. He is participating in this year’s U.S.A & Korean private investigator seminar. When they investigate document fraud the Administrative Scrivener is needed for this. Mr. Yang also states out of the 34 OECD countries, only Korea does not have a Private Investigation License Program. He hopes Korea soon establish this program for public safety as law enforcement mainly handle criminal cases and not civil. Mr. Yang wants to learn more about private investigation so he has attended this seminar in the United States. This seminar has 12 people in attendance with different background, while some are professors, police officers, ex-military/police officers, and administrative personnel.
