ASIS 미국의 사회정보과학 협회에는 3가지 전문가 과정이 있다

Certified Protection Professional  (CPP)

Cerified Professional  Investigator  (CPI)

Physical Security Professional  (PSP)


CPP 과정은 산업보안전문가 과정으로 산업기술유출 및 기업내 보안관련 과정이다

CPI 과정은 전문조사관 과정으로 기업내 산업스파이 색출 및 조사기법을 배운다

PSP 과정은 전문 보안전문가과정으로 사건사고처리 및 법집행절차에 대하여 배운다


위3가지 과정을 또 다른 면으로 본다면

CPP 는 산업안전보안전문가과정이라고 할수 있으며,

CPI 는 전문조사관 과정이라 하며 이는 사법계 수사요원들에게 필요한 과정이라고 하겠다

PSP 는 보안전문가 과정이라 하며 사법계에 종사하는 경찰관들의 법집행관들에게 필요한 교육이다


한국에 모 대학교 대학원 과정으로  공공안전정책과가 신설 되었다 이곳에 주된 교육이 미국의 ASIS 의 과정과 미국의 FEMA- 재난재해 를 합친 광범위한 교육이 아닌가 한다 정말 좋은 소식이 아닐수 없다 앞으로 이곳을 통하여 많은 전문가들이 배출될것이다


참고로 겸손히 본인을 소개한다면 이분야는 본인이 22년 종사했고, 아직도 해오는 분야이며 미국내 이중언어를 하는 한인으로는 최고 행정적 실무적 전문가는 아직 없는것으로 알고 있다

이로 인하여 앞으로 레이븐의 한국내 활동이 조금더 자유스럽지 않겠는가 생각됩니다
