Real estate fraud

There are frequent inquiries about employees who work for real estate companies these days. The real estate company must verify the criminal records of all agents. The agency is also responsible for all financial crime incidents that occur to customers.

A real estate company agent, he did not deposit to the company the money it receives from the client, but deposit it in his bank. And after spending all his money, he quit the real estate company. The client later knew this and said that the real estate company was responsible for all these cases, but the real estate company said it did not take responsibility because the agent resigned.

The client came to me and consulted the facts and I began to investigate real estate agents. The real estate company is a well-known company in the state of Washington. but it was a poor management company that did not even criminal check for an agent. The agent was a felony convicted of stealing, and the real estate company knew about it after the incident. This real estate company hid this fact in order not to give financial damages compensation to my customers.

This real estate company has moral and ethical responsibility as well as financial compensation.
