In Korea, politicians and big corporations were corrupt. In particular, the corruption of politicians has corrupted officials. In Korea, corrupt politicians, civil servants and businessmen will not pass certified private investigation law to the national assembly. How can they pass a certified private investigation law with the authority to investigate their corruption?
