Registered on 2016. 12. 27

In Korea, politicians and big corporations were corrupt. In particular, the corruption of politicians has corrupted officials. Whether it was the ruling party or the opposition party, politicians' strong desire are money. So that they did not prevented the spread of corruption in South Korean society.

Entrepreneurs donate money to politicians and civil servants in the name of subsidies. Politicians and civil servants provide institutional conveniences to entrepreneurs for the reason of the national economy.

Because of the corruption of politicians and entrepreneurs, the certified private investigator law in Korea will be not pass the national assembly. This is also the same the reason why the prosecution does not allow to the police to be independent investigative right.

Korean politicians and businessmen are similar to Japanese entrepreneurs and politicians were corrupt like South Korea. What they fear is only the media. They are not afraid of prosecutors and police officers. For these reasons, Japan also has no certified investigator system. In Japan, there is a system called a private investigator, which is not a certified licensed system but a local police agency permit and registration system.

Certified licensed private investigator system in the United States is a system manages by the state of government. It has authority to do 13 kind of personal information inquiries and 9 kind of personal identification inquiries, so that the certified licensed private investigator, they can investigate of criminal or civil litigation accident and incident request by clients even without relying on national authority.

In Korea, corrupt politicians, civil servants and businessmen will not pass certified private investigation law to the national assembly. How can they pass a certified private investigation law with the authority to investigate their corruption?
