We had a third degree black belt ceremony today

 for instructor Ron. He has many years of training in GM Kwons Taekwondo and much dedication. I first met him when he was only a teenager, and now he is the father of his own teenagers. He was one of the first taekwondo students in Washington state. Congratulations on your third degree black belt!
